AXOS

Description:

A single parasitic lifeform able to change it's appearance and split into seperate Axons. Axos survived by following a nutrition cycle at the expense of other species. Axos also possessed the ability to study, replicate and absorb other lifeforms.

Axos, taking the form of a slug-like organic spacecraft, approached unsuspecting planets, offering supplies of Axonite, a powerful thinking molecule known as the 'chameleon of elements' due to it's powers of transmutation.

Taking the form of golden-skinned humanoids, the Axons ingratiated themselves into their prey's governments, changing into shapeless tentacled beings if any offensive or defensive action was required.

Eventually Axos sank it's claws into planet Earth, taking advantage of humanity's lust for power by offering them Axonite, thus beginning the nutrition cycle once again.
