Capel was once an important scientist in the field of robotics who was raised by robots since childhood. Believing himself to be superior to other Humans, Capel mysteriously disapeared and, with no recording of his physical appearance on file, was able to begin his mission to free all robots from bondage and rule as their master.
Capel threatened the very existence of mankind by developing a way of bypassing the robotic prime directive that prevented robots from killing their creators.
