Description:

Huge, and imposing, the Emperor was at the top of the complicated and often contradictory chain of Dalek command. When first encountered by the Doctor, the Emperor stood in a large throne room, connected by various cables and tubes, immobile and powerless to avert the Timelord's meddling.

The Dalek Emperor searches for the Hand of Omega. When the Doctor next encountered it, the Emperor was smaller but more mobile with a casing similar to an ordinary Dalek except for a large, globe shaped upper half. This Emperor led the Imperial Dalek faction in the search for the powerful hand of Omega, harbouring an old enemy of the Timelord within its casing..

Whatever happened to this individual was uncertain, but a Dalek Emperor survived the time war that all-but destroyed both the Daleks and the Timelords. This Emperor, a mutant surrounded by a vast Dalek-style infrastructure, slowly rebuilt the Daleks using Human Genetic material whilst shielding its presence from mankind via manipulated media broadcasts.

The Dalek Emperor proclaims its divinity. As the Emperor rebuilt the Dalek race it began to suffer delusions of grandeur, eventually believing itself to be the god of its creations. After centuries of preparation this false deity unleashed its fanatical believers upon a defenceless planet Earth, eager to create a new paradise for the Daleks and their creator.
