Description:
Leader of a group of neo-Nazi's who had possession of the bow of the Nemesis statue. When the statue fell to Earth in 1988, De Flores and his army travelled from South America to Britain in an attempt to capture it.
Hoping to reunite the statue with it's bow and arrow De Flores aimed to use the power therein to restore the fortunes of the Nazis and build a new Fourth Riech.
