Description:

This species of reptillian humanoids lived in a feudal society, ruled by their Emperor, who in turn depended on the support of the great families of court. Dominated by the nobility, Draconian society was decidedly male-orientated. In it's favour however was the Draconian's devotion to honour, which made dishonourable acts such as lying strictly taboo.

In the 26th century the expanding Draconian empire collided with that of Earth, resulting in a devastating war. A peace treaty was eventually signed and diplomatic ties resumed, although both races still viewed the other with suspicion.

Labelled derogatively as 'dragons' on Earth, the Draconians faced the possibility of a second Earth-Draconia war when vessels belonging to both empires reported attacks by the other. With Humanity clamouring for Draconian blood and Draconians demanding to have their slighted honour avenged, few kept a cool enough head to realise that a third party was manipulating events and bringing both empires to the brink of war.
