A living city built by the Exxilons to last through all time. Practically indestructable, the city powered itself by draining electrical energy via a roof-top beacon, while supporting itself via underground roots.
Able to protect, maintain and repair itself, the city had no need of it's occupants and either killed them or drove them out.
Those that tried to re-enter the city were subjected to a series of fatally fiendish intelligence tests and, if successful, attacked by zombie-like antibodies.
