Mutated products of the thousand year long Kaled-Thal war. Scarred relics of countless chemical weapon attacks, these unfortunates were banished to the wastelands of Skaro.
Loathed by Kaled and Thal alike, the Mutos were either shot on sight, or, if their deformaties weren't too severe, forced into slave labour.
