22/01/07 - Well, all good things must come to an end folks. My forthcoming marriage this year means that I have way too much to do, and have no time to set aside for the Bumper Book. While I'll leave this website online for your perusal, I'm afraid that this is the last ever update. So long, and thanks for all the fish(people)!
27/10/06 - SPIN-OFF POLICY. Unfortunately I don't have the time to cover spin-offs such as Torchwood or Sarah-Jane Investigates (I made an exception for K9 & Company), so I won't be adding any entries from these shows unless the Monster/Villain/Alien also appears in Doctor Who. If this is the case I might make a note alluding to the spin-offs and am happy to link to any other spin-off sites. In fact I encourage you to have a go at your own Bumper Book website for these shows!

12/07/06 - Well that's the end of season 2... Entries added from 'Army of Ghosts' and 'Doomsday' today, consisting of updates to the Cyberman and Dalek pages, and a new page for Jathaa.
05/07/06 - Information added from 'Fear Her' today. Consists of entries for Isolus, Scribble Creature and the Dad in the Wardrobe.
30/06/06 - An absorbing update today for 'Love & Monsters'. Entries added for Abzorbaloff, Hoix, Elemental Shade and, er, Paving Slab! Also a barely noticable update for Auton.
23/06/06 - A bumper update for the Bumper Book! Entries for 'The Impossible Planet' and 'The Satan Pit' have been added, consisting of pages for the Beast, Ood, Pallushi, Vel Consadine, Veltino and Disciples of Light.
11/06/06 - New entry added for the Wire from 'The Idiot's Lantern'.
05/06/06 - The Bumper Book has been upgraded to include 'Rise of The Cybermen' and 'The Age of Steel'. Cyberman and Cybercontroller entries have been updated, while new pages have been added for John Lumic and, er, Munchkin Lady!
27/05/06 - Added entry for Clockwork Android from 'The Girl in the Fireplace'.
22/05/06 - Site update to include 'School Reunion'. The K9 page has been updated and new entries have been added for Krillitane, Bessan, Assinta and Perganon.
13/05/06 - New pages added for the Brethren and Werewolf from 'Tooth and Claw'.
01/05/06 - Information uploaded from 'New Earth'. Pages for Cassandra, Spider and the Face of Boe have been updated while new entries for the Sisters of Plenitude, New Human and Chip have been added.
Information from 'Tooth and Claw' will be added in a couple of weeks time.
22/04/06 - Well series 2 is off and running! Like last year I'll be leaving a few weeks between the transmission of each episode and associated entries to the Bumper Book. So keep your eyes peeled for some 'New Earth' stuff in a while :-)
19/02/06 - It's been a while since the last update, so I thought I'd have an early celebration of the return to Doctor Who of Sarah-Jane Smith and K9. Therefore I've added an entry for the Hecate Coven from 'K9 and Company: A Girl's Best Friend'.

The Bumper Book is kicking off 2006 with entries for 'The Christmas Invasion' (Killer Christmas Tree, Killer Santa and Sycorax) and 'Attack of The Graske' (Graske, Changeling and slight updates for Slitheen and Zygon).
I'm not sure whether 'Attack of The Graske' is canon, but what the hell, it was fun being the Doctor's companion for a bit (albeit a companion who's old enough to know better!)

24/06/05 - Site updated to include 'Bad Wolf' and 'The Parting of The Ways'. Entries added for Anne Droid, Davinadroid, Trine-E & Zu-Zana (single entry for the two) and the Controller, plus updates for the Face of Boe, Dalek and Dalek Emperor.
11/06/05 - Updated the Slitheen entry to take 'Boom Town' into account.

23/04/05 - Added some ghoulish goings-on thanks to the Gelth from 'The Unquiet Dead'.
10/04/05 - Okay so I can't wait any longer! New entries added from 'Rose' (updates on the Autons and Nestene Conciousness) and 'The End of The World' (new stuff on the various alien ambassadors and other critters). These entries give basic information on the aliens/characters but should not give away the plot of each episode.
17/03/05 - Not long to go now.. I've noticed that several Who sites have stated definite policies regarding the new series so I'll do the same. Assuming that nobody official takes exception and threatens horrible legal things I hope to add new entries from the new series to the Bumper Book. However I'll add them some time after the episodes are shown on the BBC in order to avoid spoilers and such. Rest assured I'll be busy collating information but don't expect anything too soon.
12/02/05 - How could I forget our favorite robot dog! A new entry for K9 has been added.
31/12/04 - One more update before the new year - Better pics have been added to some of the entries.
25/11/04 - Whoohoo! The Bumper Book is complete! After a week's hard slog I've added all outstanding sections for U, V, W, X, Y and Z, trawled the 'historicals' for some more villains and updated some of the grottier screen scans. I might do a few tweaks, but until the screening of the new series that's all for now!
20/11/04 - After a whistle-stop tour of Gallifrey the Timelord section has been completed, finishing off T section.
01/11/04 - R and S sections are complete, from Raak to Swampie via Rutan and Sontaran.
16/10/04 - O, P and Q sections are also now complete!
14/10/04 - M and N sections are now completed.
19/09/04 - The L section is now complete, from L1 Service Robot to Lurman via Light and Logolopitan.
14/09/04 - After an enjoyable Summer it's back to the updates! K section is now complete, from K1 Robot to Krynoid via Karfelon and Kosnax.
15/08/04 - I and J sections are now complete, from Ice Warrior to Jocondan through IMC Robot and Sharaz Jek.
07/08/04 - The H section is now complete, including a long, but necessarily uncomplicated entry on Humans.
31/07/04 - The G section is now complete, from GalSec to Gundan via Giant Rat and Gond.
04/07/04 - E and F sections completed! Entries added from Elder to Fungoid via Eternal and Fish Person.
23/06/04 - Completed the D section, with entries from Dalek to Duplicate. I thought I'd completed the C's, but realized I'd forgotten Harrison Chase so I'll have to backtrack a little.
11/06/04 - Whoohoo! The Dalekathon is complete! Plenty of Dalek related entries added.
05/06/04 - More Dalek and Davros notes taken from 'Destiny' and a few more entries added, including the Movellans.
31/05/04 - Notes from the Troughton Dalek stories have been scribbled down, ready for when I write the whole Dalek entry. The Pertwee Dalek stories have also been scrutinised and entries added accordingly.
28/05/04 - Added various entries from 'Cutaway' and 'Masterplan' including brief info on the Outer Galaxy delegates. Also added entries for Screamer and Visian, but lack pictures for them. If you possess a pic, let me know :)
21/05/04 - Added a few more entries from 'The Daleks' and 'Dalek Invasion of Earth' and have updated the Thal and Kaled entries. I've already done 'The Chase' so it's onwards to 'Cutaway' and 'Masterplan'.
20/05/04 - The Dalekathon has started with 'Genesis of The Daleks' and entries for Giant Clam, Kaled, Thal and Muto (other entries feature in other episodes so I'll wait until I've seen 'em). Over the next few weeks I'll be watching the other Dalek episodes in transmission order and adding entries as I go along.
16/05/04 - The completion of the Cyberman stuff means that all A, B and C entries are done! Onwards to D, and a Dalek marathon!
15/05/04 - I've finally remembered to add a 'what's new' page! Just finished a mammoth Cyber-marathon and added associated entries including Cyberman, Cybercontroller and Cyberplanner.
