• John Lorimer 1818 and Catherine Melville married, 16 November 1838

Ceres was the main church in Fife for Seceding Church members. Many were Married and Christened here who lived for a long way around.
The picture of Ceres shows the village around the green, well it was until some bright spark thought a car park would look better. The Secessionist Church no longer exists.
