Houses, census says Stonefield 1 and 2 cottage. A present day photo is included, the cottage in front would be about size of the originals, the one behind has been replaced with a modern dwelling.

In 1841 Stonefield is occupied by Catherine Graham, widow age 45. Has two other children John Dunn and Mary Gardiner resident.
Mary was born 14 May 1834 to John Gardiner and Catherine Graham in Port of Menteith. Possibly related to the Walter Graham who married Margaret Ritchie.
