Stairs are an important feature in any traditional or modern building, and we have built up considerable expertise in their correct design and construction. We do not make a standard staircase, preferring always to quote on drawings and sketches. We can provide, at a competitve price, purpose made stairs of any shape and size, from modest cottage stairs with winders or a quarter landing, to grand staircases with many turned balusters, newel posts and wreathed and scrolled continuous handrails.

	We can advise you at an early stage on the stair's dimensional requirements to comply with safety and building regulations, and on receipt of an order we prepare working drawings for the approval of the architect and client. Baluster patterns can be to any one of the many sample turnings we have on show, or we can copy any drawing or sample that we are given.
