Candidate Resourcing comes from the following;

• We establish client expectations, priority and timescales for
     any recruitment brief. Once we have a complete
     understanding of the role, the clients chosen process and
     hiring schedule we proceed to search for the ideal candidate.
• We have built an extensive and detailed database of IT
     Investment Banking staff.
• Head Hunting – The specialist teams knowing where to look
     for staff with specific skills, working on specific projects, within
     specific industries. (Griffin will always agree a “Hands-off”
     policy with all of it’s Clients)
• Advertising – High spend on a variety of specialist media.
• Submit the top three candidates per requirement.
• Constantly liaise with the client.


Candidates Permission is always sought before submitting his/her details
