Jade is a complete mad lady. She likes nothing better than to go to a lure meet and chase a plastic bag about a field. She is 4 years old and has retired from showing due to her undercarriage being a little like a kangaroo’s pouch and her lack of enthusiasm to run faster than a tortoise. Some people would worry letting your dog chase a lure, would encourage them to chase everything, but my answer is; you can not take out which is already imprinted in a Wolfy. I was introduced to it by a friend, and the people were friendly, it was wonderful to see the dogs having such a wonderful day. The weather is not always in our favour but it is still well worth getting out of bed for. Whatever breed that comes along, young, old, fast, slow, big or small, even if they do not make it all the way round the course, they have a wonderful time and there is always next time. |
| Adella is Jade’s daughter, she will be just over 18 months when the lure season starts, so she has never run after a lure, but I’m sure once round the course she will get the hang of it and loe it as much as her mum. |  |
