If
when you visit you would like to reserve
a kitten and we are happy that one of
our kittens would be suitable for you,
we will ask you for a non-refundable
deposit of £100 to secure the kitten of
your choice.
Sadly,
due to an increasing number of
time-wasters, we need to make it clear
that if you reserve a kitten with a
deposit this is a legally binding
agreement between us and the deposit is
not refundable.
I
am very sad that I have had to introduce
this clause but unfortunately there are
more time-wasters and chancers around
these days who spoil it for the
majority, who are genuine people.
