The villa is furnished in a modern contemporary style affording home from home conveniences with a fully equipped kitchen and attractive lounge/dining area with log burning fire. Several patio doors open out onto terraces with open views of the countryside and offering guests both sunny and shaded areas in which to relax.

Kitchen:	Cooker, hob, fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, frothie drinks maker.  Breakfast table & chairs.
Outside:	There is a lovely, private, rectangular swimming pool 9m x 4m surrounded by sunbathing terraces with tables, chairs and sun-loungers and a built in barbeque for al-fresco dining. Private secure parking.
Bathrooms:	En suite shower-room to bedroom 1 with shower, sink, wc. Bathroom adjacent to bedroom 2 with bath, shower, sink, wc, bidet. En-suite bathroom to bedroom 3 with bath, shower, sink, wc, bidet. Separate shower-room to bedroom 4 with shower, sink, wc.
Amenities:	Iron, Ironing board and hair dryer. Travel Cot and Buggy

All linen, towels and even beach towels are included in your rental price. The villa is prepared and fully equipped for your arrival, and if your stay is for 2 weeks, your bedlinen and towels will be changed after the first week.

Villa is non-smoking accommodation.

Information

Coast/Beach	The beautiful beaches of Zavial and Ingrina with beach bar/restaurants are only 2 mins away by car or a pleasant walk. Within a short driving distance there are numerous sandy beaches, ideal for both swimmers and surfers.
Golf	Parque da floresta 5 minutes. Boa-vista, Penina and Palmares are between 15-25mins. There are 31 courses available in a 1 hour drive
Local Activities	Sports centre with tennis, squash, gym, indoor pool at Burgau 10 minutes. Horse riding 10 minutes. Gym and Spa at Parque da floresta 5 minutes. Several surf centres in the area. Sagres with its 17th Century fort and fishing harbour 15 minutes The historic town of Lagos with its waterfront marina 20 minutes.
Further details	Nearest Restaurant 100 Metres Mini market and restaurants at Raposeira 2 mins. Numerous restaurants in the surrounding villages. Supermarket with petrol and Cash-Machine at Budens 5 minutes. Bank, cash-points, pharmacy, post office, health centre, petrol station, farmers market, Lidl supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants at Vila do Bispo 5 mins. Large variety of café bars, pubs, restaurant, disco, shops at Lagos and Sagres.
