After you have viewed a
house and want to rent it read Rental Conditions
section on this website
and then contact me. Please contact me straight away as
I offer the properties on a first come basis.
1: I will need a signed
contract by all the tenants and the deposit before it can be
reserved for you. I can send a copy of the contract to
you through the post or you can pick it up from me.
2: I will need a
telephone number for your last landlord and some student
ID and some ID with your home address on (eg
driving license).
3: Unfortunately i do
need a full group of people and will not reserve a house
for you unless you have a full group
4: Please note that once you have signed the
agreement it is binding to both you and me!
If you want to pull out you will have to find some one
to take your place on the contract so please be sure of
your position and if there are any
problems or change of circumstances let me know as soon
as possible and I will be able to help and advise you.
If you need advice
on the contract etc - I would recommend going to see the
University Accommodation Office who will be able
to give you independent advice. If you need it they will
also be able review the contract with you before signing
(although the one I use is a simple standard one) and
all the houses are registered with them.
If you would like any thing specific done to the house
or furniture etc before you move in let me know and I
can write it onto the contract if required to ensure it gets carried
out.
