There are many opportunities to train. The club meets every Monday at 6pm. Every year, in November, the club runs an intensive weekend course in the Forest of Dean. Courses are also run throughout the year by our parent organisation. These range from one day courses to residential courses every summer.

Students of all abilities are welcome. They can progress through a structured syllabus from their first (red) belt to the coveted black belt at their own pace.
