London-based WDC is a 20-strong team of consultants from all sides of commerce, fund-raising and management-consultancy. Their aim is to help manage very rich peoples' wealth, and to distribute it in such a way so as not to damage or destabilize the social infrastructure, charities, businesses, governments, etc.

They cite as an example of their concern, the fact that if Bill Gates spent just one tenth of his disposable fortune in one go it would increase the US inflation rate by 0.5%, and if he spent it all on, say, condoms, then the price of condoms would increase by 600%, causing a surge in unwanted pregnancies and venereal disease.

This is a long term punt. WDC have no clients just at the moment. But supposing they did .....
