18th July 2008: An unusual request: Can we find a new home for a cracked medieval bell? Much to our surprise we have! A cracked medieval bell from Upton Grey, Hampshire is to be fitted with ancient bell-gear and put on display in the Swan Tower, Perth, WA. It will be the oldest bell in Australia.
13th July 2008: Two bells from Tolland, Somerset to be installed for chiming at Uckfield RC church.
12th July 2008: A surplus Llewellins & James bell to be installed for chiming at Heron's Ghyll RC church.
23rd June 2008: Two bells to be hung for chiming in Tonga. They are the 4th bell of the Murphy 8 from St Nicholas, Cork and the former 5th bell of the pre-2003 ring at Kettering.
2nd June 2008: The bell in memory of Sir John Smith, founder of the Manifold and Landmark Trusts is to be cast at Whitechapel on Friday 13th June.
4th May 2008: An ex-Trinity House buoy bell to become treble of four at Maplebeck, Nottinghamshire.
2nd March 2008: A second-hand bell to become the second of the proposed restoration and augmentation from 4 to 6 at Newnham, Kent.
7th February 2008: A surplus bell to become treble of four at Abbots Ripton, Cambridgeshire.
30th January 2008: The ex-Homerton bells have been offered to Stone-by-Dartford as St Nicholas, Deptford are not proceeding with the proposed bell installation project.
27th January 2008: The parish of Much Cowarne plan to accept funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund. It will allow the existing cracked tenor to be weld-repaired and the replacement bell offered by the Trust is no longer required.
24th January 2008: A modern surplus bell is to be acquired for a potential new ring of bells in NSW, Australia.
24th January 2008: A small second-hand bell is to be installed for chiming at St Peter's church, Coverack, Cornwall.
23rd January 2008: A large bell cast by James Duff & Son, Greenock to be used as part of the St Johns Mews, Glasgow development.
