The pre-2003 ring of bells was cast by four different founders spanning 2 centuries. The bells are being replaced by a modern ring of twelve and several of the old ring are to be re-used elsewhere.
The two Gillett & Johnston trebles have been installed at Ludlow, Shropshire as part of the project to augment to a ring of ten.
The old 3rd is now the treble of the augmented ring of six to eight at Polesworth, Warwickshire.

The old 7th is now part of a ring of bells at Orange, NSW, Australia. The old 4th has been installed at West Wittering, Sussex as part of the project to augment the chime of three to five.

The old 6th & 8th have been sold into private ownership to be clock chime bells.

The heavy ring of five are now rung from the ground floor. For many years no bell-ringing took place because  the unusual access to the ringing chamber was considered unsafe. The ring has been augmented to six by adding a second-hand bell from Huntsham, Devon and this work was completed during 2005.

A redundant bell from Wardle, Lancashire has been installed during 2011 as the flat 6th of the ring of twelve.
