Until December 2005 the tower contained a ring of three in a six bell frame. They are now a ring of six as two second-hand bells from Wokingham, All Saints have been tuned to become the treble & second of six and a newly cast bell has been added to complete the ring.
Kirkby Overblow, North Yorkshire,
All Saints
The tower contains a ring of three tuned as treble, second and tenor of a ring of four. Although we located two second-hand bells that could be used as the second and fifth of a ring of six an alternative proposal to replace the bells with a redundant ring from Woodlesford is being considered.
Clapham, North Yorkshire,
St James
The ring of three bells was augmented to a ring of six in 2009 by incorporating two second-hand bells located by the Trust and a newly cast bell.
Brompton, North Yorkshire,
St Thomas
The light ring of eight bells from Denholme (picture on the left) has been removed and installed at Brompton near Northallerton (picture on right). The parish took advantage of the Trust's Bell Rescue Fund to acquire the ring and they were installed when sufficient funds had been raised. The Trust donated the tenor bell.
