Concentric

The quatrefoil (or cruciform) canes in the outer row are very striking and the row inside that one is also very noticeable even with the muted colour of the outer coating.

The space between the outer and inner rows allows the green ground to be seen as part of the overall design. The purple and white canes surrounding the inner light green cane with its complex, but naive, centre sit surprisingly well amongst the colours of the rest of the weight!
