Concentric

This example is assumed to have been made by Salvador Ysart - on the basis of the cane types being similar to those seen in weights with a "Y" signature cane. It is certainly true that weights such as this one, when placed next to a signed example, demonstate an obvious "likeness", regardless of whether the ground is clear or coloured.

The row of dark blue coated canes in this weight are perhaps a little strong for the rest of the colouring. Nevertheless the outer row of turquoise canes with bright orange centres does pull the eye away from that initial focus.

The top of the dome is heavily scratched and this clouds the view of the central group of four pale canes. Overall, the item has its merits, but a "Y" cane would have made it much more interesting!
