Thomas Agate of Cowfold, farmer, bound to the parish officers of Cowfold in £100 in respect of Elizabeth Walder of Cowfold, singlewoman, who has declared she was lately delivered of a male bastard child in Cowfold and that Thomas Agate is the father. [Mark Of T. A.]

Also I do hereby give and bequeath unto Thomas Standen Walder Son of John Walder of Cowfold in the said county Yeoman the sum of twenty five pounds to be paid to him when and so soon as he shall attain his age of twenty one years by my said executors.
