Placing an order with us means that you agree to the terms and conditions as described below
1. How to order
By post
Please print off and complete the order form for the items required and send it with your cheque or your credit/debit card details to: the dancing boutique, 82 Victoria Road, Tunbridge Wells, Kent TN1 2PW.
By fax or email
Please either print off and complete the order form and fax all the details to us on 01892 529766 (24 hours a day, 7 days a week) or email your orders to us at sales@dancingboutique.com. Please provide us with full order details, credit or debit card number, expiry date, card name and card holder's address.
Important: Please quote the reference number shown at the top right corner of our order form when telephoning or emailing your order.
All sizing is UK specified unless otherwise stated.
Please see sizing chart below for clothing which should be used as a guide only as manufacturers' sizing can differ considerably.

Please ensure you order the correct size as shown in the Dancing Shoes section. This is particularly important for Bloch and Capezio footwear where you should order several sizes larger than the normal UK size. This chart is for guidance only and applies only for shoes shown on this website.

Quality control
In order to ensure that your goods are in perfect condition when they are
dispatched to you, all shoes and other items are checked individually before
leaving our premises by a member of our specialist staff.
Prices
Prices shown are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at current rates where applicable. The dancing boutique reserves the right to amend any prices at any time without prior notice.
Standard postage and packing rates (UK only)

Orders will be despatched by first class letter post or standard parcel delivery. Neither of these services is a guaranteed next day delivery service.
Next day delivery (UK only)
We can send your purchases by Royal Mail Special Delivery service (guaranteed next day
before 12 noon). This service is available up to 2kgs and the charge is £7.45. For the guaranteed next day
before 9 am Royal Mail Special Delivery service the charge is £14.55.
Please note, whilst the service will be as fast as possible, Royal Mail does not
guarantee next day delivery in some parts of Scotland and more remote parts of
the UK. Please contact your local Royal Mail enquiry centre if you have any
queries on this. Outside the above parameters, we will provide an individual quotation.
Saturdays are not classified as normal business days; we therefore regret that no Saturday delivery is possible.
Delivery charges quoted above may change without notification due to changes in postage, parcel, courier or fuel prices or taxes applying to them.
Exchanges and refunds
Goods can only be exchanged or refunded if returned in an unworn condition within ten working days of the invoice date. We regret that we are unable to refund postage and packing charges. Postage will be charged again on the replacement goods which will be sent at the same rate of postage and by the same method as the original order. When returning goods, please quote our invoice number, date of purchase and list the items returned and enclose sufficient postage for any replacement items. Please do not try to exchange goods outside these guidelines as refusal often offends people. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Overseas orders
We are very pleased to accept overseas orders, but postage/carriage costs must be paid in full and payment made by Visa/Mastercard or a banker's draft made out in pounds sterling (GBP) drawn on a London clearing bank. Postage will be calculated individually and charged at cost.
Special orders
You will understand that it is not possible to include all our product lines available on this web site, so please do not hesitate to enquire should you have a specific need and we will be only too happy to assist.
