Perseids 2007

This year the Moon was out of the way for the Perseids which provided a good opportunity to observe and photograph them. I observed them from my home in the days preceding the peak, and drove out to the Oxfordshire countryside to photograph them on the peak night. It made a nice change to get away from London's light pollution (although there was still plenty evident in the sky), and to see the Milky Way!
