A two-part workshop to explore the Oriental meridian system; Ideal for students and teachers of yoga, practitioners of complementary modalities, healers and those who share the holistic vision of the universe. You will learn the qualities of Yin and Yang - the route of the meridians - the physiology of the meridians and the internal organs (Zang Fu) - Acupressure points to tonify and sedate the Zang Fu - Herbal Formula to tonify the Zang Fu - the emotional tones and qualities of the internal organs - the 5 elements and their place in your body - the Qi and the Blood.

Cost: each weekend is £125 or £220 if part 1 and part 2 are booked together. Refresher opportunities - past participants welcome at half price.

The workshops will be given by Guru Dharam Br Ac C, RCHM, a herbalist and acupuncturist who has 20 years experience in Oriental Energetics He was the Vice Principal of the London Academy of Oriental Medicine from 1989 - 1997. Director of SKY (School of Kundalini Yoga) from 1996 to the present.
