The development of Dream Dialogue Therapy is based on science, spiritual concepts and philosophical principles. It has proven to be an excellent approach to self-healing and self-awareness. As illness often starts with a distortion in the thought/emotion field causing energy blockages, the curative process has to begin with a closer look at this body-mind-spirit connection.
Within this workshop Angelika and Pavllou provide the tools to help clear these obstacles, using Dream Dialogue Oil, Colour and Yogic technology, providing comprehensive and an unusual combination of these methods to understand and work with some of the deeper and mysterious content of our dreams - our personal messengers.
Working with meditation, pranayama (breathwork) and some simple Kundalini Yoga (according to Yogi Bhajan) learn some techniques to connect up to ourselves on a deeper level, allowing the technology of Yoga to help us explore and shift and help clear the brain of debris lodged in itıs circuits. No experience of Yoga is needed. Using the group energy we shall also embark on a Shamanic journey using the drum and gong. We will go to find our power animal and those already connected with this energy will go deeper to find messages and maybe answers to current problems.
Learn to explore special zones that are stimulated with light massage using a ıDream Oilı in combination with specific colour frequencies to release emotional material locked into the respective dream zone and to free-up our soul from clutter of the past. The workshop doesnıt stop there, you will be encouraged to do self treatments and Angelika and Pavllou will provide guidance and encouragement to intensify your understanding of yourself as the healer of your own path.
