Welcome to the Tall Ships WebRing home page. WebRings are a way to link together web sites with a similar topic. By joining the Tall Ships WebRing you will increase the traffic to your own site. WebRings only work if member sites display the navigation bar in order to generate hits for other member sites. Please don't join the Tall Ships WebRing unless you are prepared to display the navigation bar somewhere on your site.
The Tall Ships WebRing is for all Tall Ships related web sites. Example of sites which may like to join the WebRing are : personal home pages, tall ships organisations, museums, maritime art, music and fiction pages. Joining the WebRing is very easy (and free). Below you will find details of how to join the WebRing and add your site. If you have any problems or questions please feel free to drop me an email at Lawrence dot Edwards at btinternet dot com.
To join the Tall Ships WebRing click on the following link and follow the instructions provided: WebRing: addsite
In order to display the navigation bar, go to My Rings link from the top of the ring hub. The code is then available by the Get Navigation Bar link. This will give you a short bit of html which you should copy and paste into your site using the insert html option in your web authoring software. When you join you have the choice of using either a java or pure html code for the navigation bar. I recommend the pure html code version as this is much more reliable and transportable. Please contact me if you need any help.
