Banana Flambe


Ingredients:
Bananas
Cane Sugar
Brandy

Fry bananas in margarine until they start to brown, then add a generous sprinkling of cane sugar to each side (remember to trun them while they are frying). Add the brandy and gently tilt the pan so the brandy from the stove flame. Wait until the fire die down completely and then serve.
