Beef and Pork Chilie


Ingredients:
500 - 800g of minced beef
250 - 500g of pork
Shitloads of chilie peppers
A couple of peppers
6 - 10 tomatos
A couple of cans of tomatos
A can of red kidney beans
100g of tomato paste
Onions

Preparation:
Chop pork into approximately 1 inch cubes. Chop chilie peppers (DO NOT remove the seeds), slice peppers (remove the seeds), and roughly chop the onions and tomatos while you're at it.
Open the cans. Do not remove the liquid from either the canned tomatos or the kidney beans.

Cooking:
Fry off meat in olive oil with onions and a little tomato paste until it begins to colour. Add chopped chilies and fresh tomatos. Then add canned tomatos, the rest of the paste, the sliced peppers, and the kidney beans. Cook over a medium heat for 20 minutes or so.

Works well served with Chilie Rice.
