1 large can of salmon in brine
200g of butter
200ml of lemon juice
pepper
dill
Melt a little butter in a saucepan. Add the fish and it's juices. Cook for a few minutes, adding the rest of the butter and the lemon juice. Should be a fairly liquid consistency by this point.
Season to taste with pepper and dill.
Serves 2.
