V. 223.1 - Gods

If the gods exist, they deserve to be ignored.
In a quantum universe it is possible that the gods might possibly exist other than in the mind of man. I cannot deny their existence nor can I confirm it.
Clearly, if they do exist however, the state of human existence is something they either know or do not know about.
If they do not know, then what is the point of knowing them?
If they do know, they either care or do not care.
If they do not care, then what is the point of caring for them?
If they do know and they do care then they must surely be some of the most malevolent entities ever to take shape and it probably wouldn't be a good idea to attract their attention...

Just a thought.
