Casting A Glamour

Glamoury is a simple technique, which changes otherss perception of you. This is largely achieved through fixing certain ideas and attitudes in your mind. In general, glamoury can't drastically chage your eye or hair colour, or anything similar, although people might see minor differences to these (for example, your eyes being a deeper shade). What it does is change what people see in you, and these changes can take the form of anything from being a sex goddess, a competent potential employee, or someone of so little interest as to be virtually invisible.

How to Cast A Glamour
Sit or stand in front of a mirror. See yourself completely neutrally, with your mind as empty as possible. Observe yourself and all your aspects. Take the emotions and images most associated with what you want to put yourself across as, and see these in you. Feel the emotions; lust if you're out on the pull, knowledgable confidence if you're up for an interview, and so on. It's a matter of first seeing yourself as you desire, and then putting this percieved self out for others to see.
You could use affirmations to reinforce this, should you so desire. You can change your appearence to go with your state of mind; become your alternate self. If you wear make up, you could visualise your desired qualities going on with your make up.

I'm afraid this is something of a short section... there's lot a lot to it. Just practice, and see how far you get. You'll not change reality, but you'll find a lot of things a little easier. Develop your own techniques. I've linked a couple of example below, and will add some of my own in due course.
