Colin first joined the Progressive Players in 1963 but moved to the South of England in 1973. He re-joined us on his return to the North East in September 2000.
During his time in the
South he directed for most of the major Operatic and Dramatic
Societies in South London and Kent and spent eight years as the
Theatre Critic for the Westminster Press group of newspapers. When not directing for the PP's Colin manages to fit in the odd visit to St.James's Park to watch his beloved magpies or in the summer you might bump into him at the Riverside where he is a full member of Durham C.C.C. Colin's recent productions have been "Noises Off", "An Experiment With an Airpump" , "Close the Coalhouse Door" and most recently "A Day in the Death of Joe Egg" |
