After first studying English and Drama at University, Elaine worked teaching drama locally before switching careers to Marketing. She has performed with a number of Theatre Companies in the region, including Stockton Theatre Company, Venture Theatre Company and at the People's Theatre in "Cat on a Hot Tin Roof", "Habeas Corpus", "Pal Joey" and "Daisy Pulls it Off". Elaine also directed, acted in and wrote the lyrics for an original musical version of "Alice Through the Looking Glass" which she took on tour with the help of an Arts for Everyone lottery grant. Elaine has always particularly enjoyed comedy and musical roles and "Feed" is her debut production at the Little Theatre |
