Maureen Duffy

Maureen joined the theatre about nine years ago and wishes she had done it twenty nine years ago.

After many years involvement in amateur operatics and without disrespect to her former colleagues there, she was amazed at the high standards of acting and production values at the Little Theatre.

It has taken over her life to such an extent that her husband Dave has become a member in order to be able to see her every now and then.

Maureen has been lucky enough to play a wide variety of roles and has enjoyed every one of them.

Maureen is also Wardrobe Director & can generally be found upstairs with a tape measure round her neck & a mouth full of pins.

In recent times her credits include:

Caramba's Revenge

Biting the Bullet

The Constant Wife

The Cemetery Club

Noises Off

Seasons Greetings

Taking Sides

The Lights are Warm and Coloured

The Sisters Rosensweig

Feed

Maureen as "Mrs Clackett",..the houskeeper in Noises Off "swept" the audience into hysterics.
