	Quiet Bed and Breakfast rooms available in a lovely home alongside the Royal Botanic Gardens (the Botanics) in Inverleith, near Stockbridge, Edinburgh. The house lies just between the actual gardens and their nursery so you can easily stroll over and view this wonderful and famous Edinburgh sight (entry to which is free) map The house has been recently renovated and decorated to a very high standard. Downstairs there is a large kitchen with dining table, a large sitting room with open gas fire, a study with Internet access and single bed as well as downstairs loo. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The house is located off the main street with the front door opening out onto the pretty shared garden. There is a leafy green outlook from the bedrooms onto the garden and over the garden wall to the nursery part of the Botanic Gardens. Parking nearby. Inverleith Place is very much a private home with B&B offered on a small scale ad hoc basis. Location: Inverleith Place is very close to excellent bus routes into the city centre - numbers 8, 17, 23 & 27 all stop less than 2 mins away. Some / all of these buses go directly to (or near) Princes Street (for Waverley Station and Airport Bus), St Andrews Square (main city bus station), the Lyceum, Festival Theatre, Usher Hall, Kings Theatre, The Playhouse etc. Parking: Free parking is available near by. Rate for B & B: £25 to £35 Single Occupancy, £39 to £55 per night Double Occupancy. Supplements apply over Christmas, New Year and Festival.
