Former lecturer in Hebrew and Old Testament. Now a full-time researcher in Biblical Studies.

Former Research Fellow at Tyndale House Library (Cambridge, England)

MAIN INTERESTS: Old and New Testament chronology (incl. LXX); chronology of Jesus' ministry; new approach to a Harmony of the four Gospels; the Majority (Byzantine) Text as the Autograph Text of the New Testament; divorce; headship; and solving apparent contradictions in the Bible where they are a stumblingblock to faith in the trustworthiness of Scripture.

The bottom line of all my research and

teaching is to restore faith in the WORD OF GOD

as a means to restoring faith in the GOD OF THE WORD

To those WITH faith no evidence is necessary;

To those WITHOUT faith no evidence is sufficient.

NOT ALL SCHOLARS HAVE FAITH (2 Thess 3:2 cf. Rom 12:3) AND A LITTLE LEAVEN OF UNBELIEF

WILL PRODUCE VERY DIFFERENT RESULTS.

Good Order in the Church Completed (in 1998) but under constant revision and updating. This is an unpublished, comprehensive explanation and defence of the doctrine of Love-Headships (1 Cor 11:3).

Greek-English Harmony of the Four Gospels (in progress) merging the Nestle 27th and Hodges & Farstad's Greek New Testaments with a facing literal English translation of their differences.
