Home Staging Services

 

Photo Consultation

Based on you submitting photographs via email, this service is ideal if you are short of time or outside our area. Ideally, we require 3/4 photos of each room taken from different angles to ensure we have an accurate representation. You will receive a mini written report detailing areas requiring action and recommended solutions including colours, styles and arrangement.

 

Photo Consultation £125 for 3 rooms

Additional rooms charged at £35 per room.

 

Verbal Consultation

This involves a visit to your home lasting approximately 2 hours. We will review the exterior of the property, all rooms, hallways and gardens then give verbal feedback on problem areas and recommended actions.

 

Verbal Consultation £150*

 

Written Report

After visiting your home for a verbal consultation, we will write a report detailing recommended actions including suggestions for colour schemes, style direction and furniture re-arrangement. Recommendations with de-cluttering will be included where applicable. This report will be submitted to you within 1 week of the visit.

 

Written Report £400* (Verbal consultation fee of £150 will be deducted if written report is requested at the time of the visit.)

 

Project Management

Following on from the Written Report, we can instruct trades, inspect work completed, source products and accessorise the property adding all the final touches.

Prices for project management are charged at an hourly rate and based on specific projects.

 

*All prices are based on a 2/3 bedroom 1/2 reception room property.

 

Accessorizing - The Final Stage.

Having received a verbal or written consultation, you may feel confident to do the work, shop for and stage your new accessories within the property. If you would prefer to utilise our expertise, working to an agreed budget, we will source appropriate soft furnishings and accessories then display them in their optimum positions, dressing shelves and tables, beds and showing you how to recreate and maintain the new look for all viewings.

 

This service is available in addition to any other services and is charged at an hourly rate, minimum 3 hours.
