1. Moreover thou shalt make the tabernacle with ten curtains of fine twined linen, and blue, and purple, and scarlet: with cherubims of cunning work shalt thou make them. |

30. And thou shalt rear up the tabernacle according to the fashion thereof which was showed thee in the mount. |

31. And thou shalt make a veil of blue, and purple, and scarlet, and fine twined linen of cunning work: with cherubims shall it be made: |

32. And thou shalt hang it upon four pillars of shittim wood overlaid with gold: their hooks shall be of gold, upon the four sockets of silver. |

These
were the primary colors in the Tabernacle that God
instructed Moses to build.
The veil in the temple was made from these colors.

St Matthew 27: |
|
50. Jesus, when he had cried again with a loud voice, yielded up
the ghost. |

The scripture in Matthew tells how the veil in the temple was torn apart (opened) when Jesus died on the cross. As the opening of the veil represented the fact that man now had access to God through Jesus Christ, our pray is that this site will (1) open the minds of those who are lost to the fact that they can be saved by faith in Jesus Christ and (2) open the minds of Christian believers to the wonderful truths of God that He has given us in His word so that they might grow. |
