Websites and Wings

When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. (Psalm 63:6)

Christian believers are not exempt from pain or sickness. Our Lord Jesus endured pain and suffering in His body on the Cross of Calvary. He understands our human situation in times of sickness and severe ill-health. Christian believers, who have placed their faith and trust in the Saviour, continually experience that His grace is always sufficient in such times. His promise is true. Most Christians have family members and close friends on prayer lists and in their hearts and thoughts. The Throne of Grace receives believing prayer and supplication every second. It is as natural to pray as it is to breathe.

Websites and Wings.

When I remember thee upon my bed, and meditate on thee in the night watches. Because thou hast been my help, therefore in the shadow of thy wings will I rejoice. (Psalm 63:6)  . The wings of the Lord and the various hospital wings are places of help and healing. The shadow of the surgeon and the shadow of the Lord manifest a reality of medical skill and divine power.

Shadow of His Wings

Keep me as the apple of the eye; hide me under the shadow of thy wings. (Psalm 17:8) How excellent is thy loving kindness, O God! Therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings. (Psalm 36: 7) Be merciful unto me, O God, be merciful unto me: for my soul trusteth in thee: yea, in the shadow of thy wings will I make my refuge, until these calamities be over past. I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performeth all things for me. (Psalm 57:1) But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint. (Isaiah 40:31)
