We now turn to the New Testament. You should spend time reading the Gospels in preparation for this module.
1. Offer a short account of the life and ministry of the Lord Jesus Christ.
2. Write brief notes on the life and times of John the Baptist.
3. What impact does Christ's Sermon on the Mount have upon Christian living (compare Colossians 3:4-6)?
4. It is said that the Old Testament is incomplete. In what respect does its completion become revealed?
5. Write a brief account of two of the following incidents:-
a) The Feeding of the Five Thousand.
b) The turning of water into wine.
c) The healing at Bethsaida.
d) Peter's confession of faith.
e) The Transfiguration of Christ.
6. Did Jesus Christ claim to be God? Give scriptural proof for your answer.
7. Outline the events leading up to the death of Christ. Include details of the "Passion" of our Lord.
8. How important is the fact of the Resurrection for the Christian believer?
