-South Downs Way

....the South Downs Way turns out to be anything but quiet....

Having attempted the South Downs Way back in 1978 and failing due to a series of 'disasters', I had for many years looked forward to returning to complete this relatively easy route. In July 2003 I was finally able to realise this objective - most definitely older, possibly wiser and above all, better prepared.
