A Training & Introduction Workshop for Children’s Groups is being planned for late April 2002.

The Education Group find that this is one area of neglect within our churches over the past decade. If we are to encourage families into our churches then we need to think positive. Get some training and make a facility available, for those unexpected rare young visitors! They need to feel welcome….

The Training day will be open to anyone interested in working with children’s groups at church. Specifically aimed with the Episcopal Church Calendar in mind. Speakers will be exploring their approach and the value of different Resource Materials that they personally use with children’s groups.

Come along and share your own experiences with us or just find out more about encouraging our youngsters in their faith and making them feel a part of the Scottish Episcopal Church.
