Folio Locator for 1851 Census for South Staffordshire
Many of us have discovered that an economical way to search the 1851 Census for Staffordshire is to use the surname index produced by the BMSGH with the image CDs available from Mycensuses.
The Folio Locator is an aid to assist in rapidly identifying the image files that correspond to the folio number references given by the surname index.
The Folio Locator covers the "Southern Staffordshire" CD set from Mycensuses, i.e. pieces 2013 to 2033 and 2036, and can be downloaded here (157Kb)
