Software non-compatibility
Before Nov 99
- The DVD - The Matrix - will not play on Samsung machines. This is a
"glitch" and is down to the Samsung firmware.
- Please note that Samsung is not the only one that is having problem with
the Matrix. There are more players effected..
- This player also cannot play Region 2: There's something about Mary.
- Samsung have released a firmware update to correct the problem.
- Most Samsung player bought before Nov 99 requires this firmware upgrade.
