Welcome to my website. I have been interested in the weather since I was a child and after many years of making do with just recording temperature in the various locations I grew up I decided that I wanted to get into this hobby in a major way.

In September 2001 I ordered a Davis Vantage Pro Plus and it arrived in December 2001 from the USA. I originally lived in Herne Bay, Kent and recorded weather there from January 2001 until December 2004. In February 2005 I moved to Ash, Kent and brought my weather station with me.
