Term 2 at Brooke Weston |

Term two in PH&F has been really good. We have done lots of different
things. We have been doing orienteering and hockey. I have really enjoyed
PH&F this term
I have enjoyed Science - we have done Acids and Alkalines. It was great fun mixing them and getting diferent colours. We are doing energy now and that is quite good. I have enjoyed doing Science I thought Maths was fun this term. We have done symmetry, shapes and decimals. They have been fun to do and we have got quite far in the text book. We may also do a database I have liked doing English. We have read a book called "Second to the right and straight on till morning". We have also done a lot of work on this book. Then we did all kinds of poems. I have been doing Kenning's. They are long poems that the Vikings used to do, so they wouldn't be bored We have done a lot in French and we have learnt the days of the week, the months, family and animals. We have made Christmas cards for our family all in French. We also had our assessment In Technology, we have done IT, graphics and plastics. We are still on plastics and it is god fun. We made keyrings last week and we are now doing a writing lesson in plastic. Out of the three areas, I liked graphics and plastics IT has been good and we have done charity work and databases. All of it was good but my favourite was the database work - it was really easy Art has been good. We did line drawings then painted them. It was really good and I enjoyed it I have enjoyed Music and I liked playing the keyboards. I also liked doing the carols I have done History and Geography. They were both really good. I did well in my History test RE was alright. Hinduism was a bit of a boring subject. But it was good when we did the plays I have enjoyed PSE so far but I wish we went on the computers more, with less writing. It was good overall |
