We spent 3 weeks rehearsing for our carol concert. We were very nervous. On the
night, there was a very good turnout. Overall, there was about 100 choir members,
125 parents and 25 teachers. There was a very big rush to get out and it was
hectic in the cloakroom. A lot of us were getting pushed over
In between the singing, there were readings and instrumental breaks. The
sports hall was done up for the concert. There was tiered seating, lots
more seats and a stage. There were also decorations hanging from the
wall. We also had 2 Christmas trees and about 10 microphones
Mr Charles and Mr Renshaw helped us to practise singing. Mr Jones ran the
concert and tried to ensure that everything went smoothly. Miss Hopkins
played the piano and Mr Chalk played the violin
